Face Big Tasks Courageously

Have not I commanded thee?  Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.  Joshua 1:9

Someone in in Joshua's life had died -- Moses (Joshua 1:1).  There was no one like Moses, no one as great as Moses until the One greater than Moses came.  In this frightening situation, the Lord spoke these comforting words to Joshua: "Be strong and of a good courage . . . the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

Remember God's words to Joshua when you are facing difficulties.  There will come a time when family and friends will have given you all the support they can give.  And they don't -- they can't -- feel your struggles as you feel them.

God alone can feel what we feel; and He does because He is there beside us.

Oh Dear Lord, help me stand courageously amidst my heartaches and pains.  In the Name of Jesus I pray.

Pakyawin Mo Kapatid!

Two of my colleagues from TFS went to Vegas to watch for themselves the fight between Filipinos and Mexicans. Both of these cultures are tainted by Spanish influence. Best of luck to Pacman and El Terrible! Galingan ninyo para sulit ang pera ko sa pay-per-view.
