Aking Lakambini,
Habang ako'y nasa sakbibi ng aking pag-iisa
sa silid na ito ay natatamasa ko ang aking paglingap sa iyong abang kagandahan.
Nagigising ako sa aking pag-idlip dahil nadadama ko ang iyong matamis
na lipad-halik.
Kaaya-aya
ang iyong pagdating...naihahaliintulad sa pagdapo ng balahibong galing
sa kaitaasan. Masdan mo ang pagsapit ng takipsilim. Ikaw ang liwanag na
gagabay sa aking landas.
Mapayapa
ang aking loob, ibinalik mo ang huni ng buhay kong walang imik. salamat,
ikaw ay biyaya ng Maykapal upang hanguin ako bigyang saysay ang pusong
naninimdiman.

It's always a fine morning. Waking up with
a smile every time. The sun shines, the music starts and I listen to the
whispers of the wind and lifting me higher and higher...
Mom's cooking some ricecakes. Mom talked
to me and talked about my grandma when she was at her age. I was laughing.
She reminds me to vacuum the carpet and mow the lawn. Is it possible to
mow the carpet and vacuum the lawn?

It's a Labor Day weekend. Party time. What
is it like to be a 'vegan?' It's great food. I like the banini,
a kind of fruit shake. It was a long day for me but it was fun to be with
my friends. I need to be outside the door sometimes and enjoy the tropical
sun and get tanned.
Memories
of yesterday came when I saw her at the party. Now, with a family of her
own, she's still the same as when we two parted. When I sent my greetings,
my lips moved without sound with a deep sigh and I waved my hand bading
goodbye as I left the party.

is a line from the movie Runaway Bride starring Julia Roberts and
Richard Gere. A great movie. I watched it in August 21st. Dare to dream...make
it happen.

a great love story of an artist and a member of nobility set in England.
I started writing this in March 1999.

Eleven years ago, I remember how it is to
be back in a place I called home. Maui, where I was born. I have grown.
I attended a wedding today. It was a great sightly experience. A bride and a groom giving vows to one another a promise to love each other for better and for worse.
