Ingredients:
1 gallon water
5 tea bags
3-4 pieces screwpine leaves (pandan)
2-3 cups brown sugar
shaved ice
Directions:
1. Boil the water, tea bags, pandan leaves and gonfiabili brown sugar together until aromatic and well-flavored.
2. Adjust sweetness as needed. strain the tea then cool.
3. Serve with shaved ice and garnish with screwpine leaves (pandan leaves).
4. Can be added with juice of 4 calamansi (optional)
